These terms cover use of Maple Research's public marketing site at mapleresearch.ca, including the waitlist and "Work With Us" application forms. They don't cover a Maple product, because no product is live yet — this page will be expanded into full product terms of service before one is.
What this site is
This site is informational and pre-launch. It describes a research infrastructure platform Maple Research is building, explains the company's approach and philosophy, and offers two ways to engage: joining the waitlist and applying to work with the team. There is no account creation, no paid product, and no financial transaction anywhere on this site.
Not financial advice
Nothing on this site — including its description of Maple's planned research, simulation, and validation capabilities — is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Maple Research is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer.
Submitting the waitlist or application forms
By submitting either form, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you're submitting it voluntarily. Maple uses what you submit as described in the Privacy page. You can ask to have your information removed at any time by contacting Maple directly.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — its text, design, branding, and the "Maple Research" name and mark — belongs to Maple Quantitative Research Inc. and may not be copied or reused without permission, other than ordinary browser caching and fair-use quotation.
No warranty
This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Maple is under active development and its plans, described capabilities, and roadmap may change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maple Quantitative Research Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable within it, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
Maple may update these terms as the site and company evolve. The version in effect is the one posted here at the time of your visit.
