- Quant developer with 5+ years building and operating production trading systems in Python and C++.
- Former lead quant developer and first engineer at a proprietary trading firm, across market data, execution, strategy frameworks, backtesting, risk, and monitoring.
- Built event-driven backtesting infrastructure processing 115,000 time-sorted ticks per second, and has led systems managing multi-million-dollar capital.

Noah drives company, product, and strategy. Ryan drives distribution, messaging, and customer feedback. On the technical side, Lloyd defines and scales the system architecture, and Gaston brings hands-on production trading, replay, and execution infrastructure experience — architecture at scale paired with hands-on quantitative engineering.
